This one bullet point if displayed correctly will be strong.  No one in our local market comes even close to offering this kind of warranty.  My thoughts are that this may be one of those items that really makes us stand out.

The parts and labor guarantee on repairs is located under the Consumer protection Program for Service.  It is set up as a two year and I would like to change the text to reflect a five year.

This bullet point is also very strong in that to my knowledge non of my competitors will understand how we can do this.  This is also located under the Consumer Protection Program for Replacements.

PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED STAFF.
All of our staff receives a minimum of 110 hours of paid training.  Every year our industry is changing and becoming more technical and without an ongoing training program it would be impossible to maintain our high level of professionalism and it would be impossible to continue a superior consumer protection program.  Without ongoing training it would be our customers who would pay for the mistakes we would make through poor performance.

MANDATORY RANDOM DRUG TESTING.
We want to stand out when it comes to the safety of our clients.  Only 30% of the employees that that have applied have passed the initial illegal drug screening.  And Guess What?  Those 70% that failed went on to work for our competitors.
