Jessie from 72 Degrees was absolutely wonderful this morning. Not only was he early, but he took the time to thoroughly walk me through the issue so I could have the knowledge to monitor the situation myself and provided me with very reasonable options for preventative maintenance in the future. In addition, Jessie was extremely respectful of my home and time, and we had a great conversation outside of his HVAC duties. Jessie's passion for his job was shown to me today and I truly felt like he was there, not just because of a job, but because he genuinely cared - and that is priceless. Give this man a raise, a bonus, and some liquor because he deserves every bit of it. Needless to say, I will be doing business with Jessie and 72 Degrees exclusively from now on. Thank you! 2025 Update: After having yet another amazing experience, I had to write another review. Jessie was the first HVAC tech I ever truly felt comfortable having in my home — and a year and a half later, he still sets the bar. This most recent visit was a tough one. We found out it’s time to replace the unit — definitely not the news we were hoping for. But Jessie handled it with honesty and empathy. He didn’t pressure us into anything or try to upsell; instead, he gave us clear, thoughtful advice and even shared what he’d do if it were his own home. That kind of transparency is rare. Jessie is thorough, thoughtful, and takes real pride in his work. Not to mention, he respects your space and explains things in a way that actually helps you feel in control of your own system. He’s not just someone I “call when something breaks.” Jessie is now part of the short list of people I trust with my home. That’s not something I say lightly.

I was so impressed with 72 Degrees!!! Zach came to repair our upstairs HVAC on the SAME day I called, and he quickly and expertly did the job! I highly recommend this company!

Our AC stopped working. After placing a service call, Jesse Guevara arrived within a couple of hours, and quickly diagnose the issue. Not only was he able to get the AC up and working quickly, Jesse was very professional and thorough. I have met Jesse on previous service inspections, and he is always a pleasure to work with.

He is a good technician. And I would recommend him to anyone.

On 9/4/ 25 I called with an AC issue. 72 degrees sent out a technician out within 30 minutes. Josias Calderon was able to diagnose the problem and quickly attempted to fix the problem. He discovered that my unit was working properly and that it was a Duke Energy issue. He had me contact Duke Energy and they came out and fixed the problem, and my AC was restored. I would like to praise 72 Degrees, and especially Josias for his professionalism and expertise. I am extremely satisfied with their service and care for fixing my problem. I would recommend 72 Degrees to any one with an AC/heating problem!!!!

We had a horrible experience with Michael and Sons and are now happy customers with 72 degrees. Zach and Josias have each come out on two seperate occasions and taken care of issues for us. They took the time to check everything in the system and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. Will be using them from now on.
