Kenny Maxile was absolutely terrific. No one wants to have a problem with their heating or cooling, but Kenny was courteous, professional, and took the time to find the problem with our system and offered a reasonably priced repair versus a costly replacement. He is a valuable member of the 72 Degrees team and I would most certainly ask for him again or recommend him by name to anyone in need of HVAC help.
Issues but good communication

I had the heat pump system replaced in a rental property by 72 Degrees back in August. While I am concerned that the unit has had a couple of small issues since resulting from improper installation the communication from Taylor has been prompt and responsive throughout. Ultimately his efforts have kept this rating from being much lower, as during this process even when frustrated he was willing to get things addressed very quickly and dealt with both my tenants and myself (and the game of telephone that can sometimes happen when there are multiple parties communicating) very well. It is clear he cares for the work 72 Degrees does, and that matters when there are issues to be addressed. While I would have preferred it to be a smoother process, I am confident they stand behind their work, which is at least as important when dealing with service providers like these.

Complete a two system maintenance and found the UV light not working on the second floor. I have a price quote of $189.00 to repair UV light. The client is going to repair UV light in the spring.
Reset GFCI and check the AC.
Found the door switch not working properly, and not sending 24 volts to the W terminal. Jump the door switch and the w terminals to the gas valve and the flame is rolling out. The unit is over 30 years old. The client have a home warranty and will go through the warranty company for repairs. I turned the pilot off, gas off to furnace and the power switch inside of the closet. The client declined budget quote for new system.
