Besides cleaning & answering my questions which Edward did in a courteous way; there always seems to be one more device that is needed to purchase, to make this heating/ac work great. I guess that is a statement of units now; that they are not as good as they use to be!

Justin was very respectful, friendly, and very professional. He answered all my questions about my HVAC system in layman's terms, which helped me understand some of the issues I was having with my unit. He made a recommendation of a surge protector and the importance of having one. I agreed that it was a good idea so he installed.I feel a sense of relief since N.Raleigh gets so many lightning storms and I want my unit to be safe and working properly.
